The service on my car was very good. It was only an oil change and 6000 mile service. The young man (Lopez) that greeted me at the door was very, very polite, and his estimate of time done was absolutely right. They also washed the car and I was grateful for that.
Service staff is very friendly and professional and the attention to detail is sincere, honest and frank. Waiting area provides ample accommodation for comfort and entertainment.
Courtney was wonderful. The process was fast and easy. We've had wonderful comments on the car! Buy one today!!
Went to look for a car. Not 1 person came out to talk to us. For minute I didn't think anyone even worked there. So I waited and waited walked up and down the new car line of wrx's decided to leave. As I was getting in my car a salesperson just stared at me.... So I took my business to Gillman Subaru and bought a new 2017 there. I recommend everyone else do the same if they want actual customer service.
I just read a review on this dealership and was horrified by your sales woman being rude to a customer because he forgot her name and used that good old southern term, baby. Then to hear that the customer was further harassed by a manager when the complaint was posted online. Apparently, this young girl, Courtney, thinks so much of herself that if someone uses the word baby she assumes he is hitting on her.
