Bought our Outback in 2016. One of the best car buying experiences ever. I was just in there the other day for routine service. Vince greeted me with a smile and pointed me to the waiting area which had complimentary beverages, snacks, and great popcorn. The seats are very comfortable and everything is very clean! Everything from free wi-fi to charging stations for phone, laptop, etc.
Always get the best customer service! Nick in parts is always very helpful and my service advisor Alex was very efficient and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership for service as well as sales!
This is a great dealership. Robbie is a great salesman and he still comes over to chat with me whenever I am at the dealership for scheduled service. David is my personal favorite in the service department because he always takes the time to explain each service, why they are performing it, and any costs involved. I recently cancelled my warranty coverage and the refund check was mailed to the dealership in August of 2017. I've called 5+ times to follow up and I've never received a call back or the status of the check. It's only about $350, but this experience is enough to say we will never go to this dealer again for anything!! BEWARE OF SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! This has been the worst customer service experience ever
