The service department personnel at Clear Lake Subaru are AWESOME! I have never been treated with as much respect and courtesy as I am by the people of Clear Lake Subaru. They answer every question I have, no matter how small it might be.
Our sales people helped us find just the right replacement for our flooded 2015 Forester...a lovely 2018 Forester. Clearlake Subaru is the best!!
Hurricane Harvey got in the way of scheduling. Dealership was in repair state. No coffee during my wait for service. I am not complaining......Just saying you all did an excellent job despite the obstacles that Mother Nature set before us. Hang in there!!!!
I've always been treated well at Clear Lake Subaru. Their work, on my Forester, has always been top notch. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't offer me a loaner car and I had to wait in the lobby for about 5 hours, while they worked on my car. If you had to wait in their lobby, having to watch HGTV channel, was like being tortured. Next time I go there I may have to insist on a loaner car or demand that one on their staff go get me lunch. But the people there have always been friendly and professional with me.

I was hustled by Subaru Clear Lake. I purchased a 2017 Forester in November 2016. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I attempted to purchase another 2017 Forester but this time in August 2017. Ironically the sale price was higher than what I paid in November 2016. I asked for a lower price given the fact 2018 models are now on the lot and almost a year has passed.
