We bought a used car working with Emilio. He was very responsive and worked to address our needs and requests. He made sure to communicate with us and set up a loaner car as the car was being worked on. They even did an exchange by driving the car to us in Philadelphia right to our neighborhood when it was ready. Josh called us to let us know that our leased car was in demand and told us to come in and discuss putting us in a new one at possibly no extra charge. We let him know we lived over an hour away and he said it would be worth the trip. We asked Josh if he was sure that our current car qualified for the trade in promotion as it as only 15 months into its lease.
