I have two Subaru crosstrek: one 2021, one 2024. The starlink screen on the 2021, 24k miles, is malfunctioning. It started on a Friday, the day my son had to drive home from college in a nearby state. This is the car he uses. I went in service on Saturday at 8 am. They said they cannot look at this type of issue on a Saturday, this can only be addressed in weekdays, they only offer very basic maintenance on Saturdays. Ok.
