Terrible service; didn’t honor warranty repair that cost $2,500.
RecommendedMy experience at Subaru of Cherry Hill has always been remarkable! I purchased a new Outback in 2017 and have enjoyed my vehicle everyday ever since. Even though I purchased the vehicle in 2017, I’m still receiving generous help from their employees at that location. I recently purchased a new IPhone and needed help connecting it to my car. Scot, a salesman at that dealership, kindly helped me with this. He was patient, kind and generous with his time! Thanks Scot! Couldn’t have done it without you!!!!!

Best customer service...courteous, upfront, efficient, and genuinely nice people. Great waiting area with coffee! They recently squeezed me in on a day where some techs were out sick and they already had a full schedule, but I needed a new tire, put on; and they got me in, which was greatly appreciated.

I just bought my 3rd Subaru from Subaru of Cherry Hill. I keep coming back because the service is the best I have ever had. This time around I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kelvin Ortiz! He was so patient and thorough in his explanations of everything. Not only do I highly recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill, but when you go in ask for Kelvin and he’ll take great care of you!
how about being truthful. said you fixed our air but now all of a sudden it has a leak that you will not fix. horrible customer service

Gave this dealership almost 2 hours notice before showing up to test drive a car. After waiting about an hour to test drive said car, we were told the battery had died and they couldn't get the hood up to jump it. Made plans to come back or have the car brought to us so we can test drive it. Called today to say we can come back tonight and were told the car sold today. Pretty crappy. Any genuinely honest car dealerships out there??
