I would like to thank Elmer for all his help with my 2016 Subaru Wrx. Elmer helped me get back in my car after it was having Mechanical problems. He helped through out the whole process and was very understanding and patient.

Ive purchased 4 cars from this dealership. All very positive except my last experience. My purchase of my wrx sti will more than likely be the last time I buy a vehicle at AV Subaru. Not sure if it’s the change in ownership or the new sales manager. I’d go into detail about how bad my experience was but I don’t wanna put anyone out of a job. As a transit, they serviced my car without an appointment. Did what I asked and recommended a power steering flush which I Had done when I got home on my LLBean Outbach that had 208,000 miles on it.
