My salesperson, Noe Santiago, absolutely went above and beyond to get exactly what I wanted and a fair price. I love my new Crosstrek!
Worst place I have ever visited. I was interested in buying a wrx ,and a salesman just kept on his phone instead of helping me. I even waited for him to finish his call ,and just incase it was important. As soon as he finished he walked away. I spent 30 min trying to see for my self the differences in all the different models. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.
I have a 2013 Crosstrek and have always gotten wonderful service from Elmer Guandique in the service department.

Awesome service! Took my Outback in on a busy Saturday to see if they could fix my seat belt- they fixed it with no problems AND found the issue we’ve been having with loud noise and smell in cab (another dealership would not fix under warranty). I'm a single mother of three children and I called in to the dealership and spoke to Manager Thomas Herron. He told me he would be able to help me find a car that would fit my budget. He sent me price quotes through text messages and begin making passes at me and I refused his advantages. Hes very unprofessional and a pervert to try to take advantage of helpless woman in need.
Had a great experience at this dealership! Elmer was my service writer and he did an excellent job keeping me posted in regards to my repairs and the ordering of parts to repair my car. The communication and customer service were superb and I will definitely take my car there again.
