I’d like to share my experience & also vouch for the artists who work at Sauve. I came in on 7/18, my second time visiting from SLC. (40 minute drive, super worth it) My experience was pleasant, accommodating, & left absolutely happy with the results. 10/10 on their work! My pedicure came out looking marvelous as well. Treated exceptionally rude!!! A lady in an extremely revealing crop top demanded what we wanted and why we were there. I am utterly shocked and beyond disappointed with this encounter. Never have I been treated at a spa with such disrespect and attitude. Suave nails will no longer have my business.
It’s true TIA is amazing! I had her my first experience at this business however, the second time around I did not have a pleasant experience. The girl who did my toe nails for a basic pedicure with regular polish did fine. I’m pretty sure she was new, but there was no issue there. After my toes were done, I was getting a regular polish manicure. The owner prepped my nails and then his wife came to finish up my manicure. She mentioned gel and I told her I never asked for gel. TIA IS MY GIRL!! i’m convinced that she is genuinely the nicest soul and really cares about making sure that you get exactly what you want. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and double checked on the style and design of the nails that I wanted. She is so creative and I am so happy that I found my new favorite nail artist in Utah!
