This is from personal experience of living near an endless project with their involvement. So sick and tired of their crew not respecting the city's construction hour laws. Santa Clara County has a generous, set STOP time of 5:30pm, NOT 5:45PM or 6PM for weekdays and. HARD STOP of 3pm on Saturdays. We've even seen their crew show up on Sunday "to inspect things".
