My FREE consultation was at 4:00pm....I arrived at 4:00PM. I saw this lawyer at 4:15PM and left at 4:20PM .. 5 mins later !!. This lawyer's disposition was of a donut. His demeanor was cut and dry, short, rushed. He was very arrogant, and nasty. When I took out my documents to show him he didn't even bother to looked at them. He gave me the impression that he was bothered to be there, no professionalism, or courtesy at all. Although I was not able to visit them in person, the phone contact was great. Customer Service is hard to find and when found it needs to be acknowledged. I have spoken to others that have used their services and their opinion is the same as mine. Great Customer Service!
