This was my first time booking with Makita and she did an amazing job! She was pleasant and she took her time. She was really gentle with my hair. Most importantly my hair came out beautiful and my braids maintained for my vacation! I’m very pleased and will be using her services again.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER BOOK SERVICES HERE . I had a 1:30 pm appointment , I was waiting over a half an hour to been seen . I booked cornrow braids with a wash and detangle add on . I was told my hair is “ matted “ which is false and that it would take MORE THAN 2 HOURS to detangle. Stylist proceeds to tell me to either get a refund back or book a different time because she didn’t have time to do that service no more . This establishment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is my 2nd time getting my natural hair done by Kita! The parts are always clean, and she works fast. Highly recommend booking with Kita!
