Style craft is an excellent company with exceptional customer service. The hairdryer I purchased was not up to their standards and are sending me a new one! I would definitely purchase from them again.
I love my clippers from Stylecraft! I have four and use them everyday at the salon. I just contacted them about a broken specialized guard hoping to buy one, but they replied in ten minutes to send me one free! How freaking awesome is that! Best customer service ever!
Stylecraft is a one the companies in this industry that care about the the barbers, they listen they fix problems and they add value to barber by letting them sample products not only if they have a million followers either if have very few problems with their products but if I ever did it was fixed immediately! Do not buy this company’s products they do not last you will be wasting your money. I bought the Reign trimmer on June 16th. The blade chipped a tooth within two weeks. In the third week, they begin to come apart. I bought them from COSMOPROF being told they only way I could return them if needed would be directly to style craft. So I did try to return them, and I was rejected because I was told I purchased them through a third-party and had to return them to COSMOPROF, who also will not take them back.
