Johanna never fails to make my experience at her salon top notch from the minute I walk in, til I leave. She is the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I was almost willing to pay $35 dollars for nothing but a simple trim. Though I don't believe anyone should cheapen the work of a hairstylist, I also don't believe people should get over priced. $35 for a trim(as in just the tips) of shoulder length hair without a blow dry, isn't proper pricing. Thank God my stylist decided to move from here! Believe it or not there are actually ways to turn a profit in a business without over pricing. Who would have thought....

First time today at Style Xpress and I had Johanna. I just love my hair cut. Just moved here from New York and it was very stressful starting a new salon, but Johanna was very understanding explaining what she was doing and asking me if that is the way I wanted it. Very friendly staff, I will be back.
