I came in right at their opening time, a gentleman and his team greeted me right away and sent me over to Natalie. She got right to business and made sure she checked in with me about my nails during the entire process. You can tell Natalie was trying to get to know me, she was so sweet and attentive. I left loving my nails. The shape, the design, the thinness of them, literally perfection. Thank you Natalie, I’ll be coming back 🩷🩷🩷
STAY AWAY!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BOARD & BBB!!! Dude said his name was Josh but lied the front desk person RUDE & NASTY! This was my second time coming to the shop as long as you’re paying your money they are nice if you have a problem or you ask for something to be done, they get attitude and talk to you crazy.
