I see the complaints but will have to admit that I never experienced any of the disappointments? I usually went for lunch when it was less crowded. I loved their food, mostly the pizza and the Robert Deniro’ sandwich. Never had a bad meal, but I understand customers are far more critical these days and are extremely demanding. Not saying their missives are bunk, just that we have been less forgiving of wait times and changes including inexperienced staff. Poor service, at the bar as well as the table. Had reservations, arrived early and checked in with host and owner. They forgot we were waiting at the bar I guess because they sat multiple parties ahead of us, even after reminding them that we were there waiting. Took forever getting drinks,at the bar as well as the table, and when our food finally arrived, we still had no silverware, plates or napkins. Seemed very unorganized and chaotic. Pizza was ok but nothing to write home about. Probably won’t be back.
