Ordered online for pickup and it did not go as expected. I was give an estimated time 40 min after I ordered which was fine because I ordered multiple items. Showed up at that time and it wasn't ready and wasn't given an estimate but ended up waiting for 20 min. I noticed something was missing so I asked about it, apparently someone walked off with it while we were standing there.
