I ordered a calazone on Halloween night. I asked for extra Ricotta cause that’s how my husband wanted it and the lady at the register screwed her face up at me because of my request! Completely unnecessary especially since I was paying for the extra. Then when I got my calazone the dough wasn’t soggy and not cooked properly in some spots….barely any pepperoni and the ricotta tasted sour like it was going bad! Never again! I drove all the way from varina to be disappointed
Take out order. Was told 50 minutes. Took almost 75 minutes. Pizza did not go in oven until 1 hour after ordering and being in the restaurant for almost half an hour.
The staff here is incredibly kind but unfortunately the pizza is mediocre at best. When I first read the reviews I assumed everyone complaining about the NY style pizzas were pizza snobs. I am definitely not, so I assumed I would enjoy it. Let me just say the NY style is definitely NOT NY style. I would even say it’s high school cafeteria style. Sadly will not be ordering here again despite the kind staff.
Pizza and service were very good. Small plate broccoli was delicious
