Pizza was great. Service was slow. Place was not busy. Lunch on a Sunday. Restroom should have an hourly clean list. Management needs to be present. Place used to be perfect. Today. Not so much.
Wild boar sausage on quarto formaggi personal size, little mini cheese cake and a lemonicello martini. Perfect lunch for a cold day.
Complaints: all of the silverware is dirty, the place smells like a dirty mop, calamari came out cold and undercooked, waiter didn't care, pizza cook doesn't wear gloves and constantly wipes his clothes then touches the pizza. We had chicken on only half the pizza and when the waiter told the pizza cook he picked the pieces off one side with his hands and put them on the other side. The pizza is good so I'll give credit for that but we will never be back for the reasons listed above.
Been going to Stuzzi's for a long time. Food is outstanding but owner doesn't know how to properly run a restaurant and how to treat his staff. Tonight we called ahead to be sure they were offering the Tuesday night $3 pasta special. We were told they were, arrived, sat at the bar, and ordered a beer and the pasta. About 30 minutes later, we were told that the owner decided not to offer the special tonight and that we would have to pay full price! Needless to say, we paid for the drinks and left!
