When I called to inquire about a cottage rental location, it seemed like I was a bother to the person answering phone calls (maybe they're having a bad day, we all do, okay not really a huge problem). But then when I asked about the cottage that I found on the Door County Visitor Bureau's own website, they said the cottage isn't a member of the Bureau and gave me a phone number (to call the cottage itself for more info) that was disconnected (which I understand isn't really much of their fault).
