Had an item that needed work on, took it in, wasn't incredibly happy(charge) that there was a miscommunication, I brought it up to Wally and they fixed it(partial refund), so being considerate to customers is a huge thing and I applaud Integra for being able to do the right thing! Thanks for your help!
ZERO STARS. VERY RUDE OLD MAN IN THE FRONT. VERY CONDESCENDING. THEY DID A BOGUS SAFTEY ON MY VEHICLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT ALL.
Wally and his team were fantastic. We hit a pothole and needed two tires very quickly. They were able to get us two tires and put me at ease. We are so grateful to you and your team.
I had to get my car fixed really quick and these guys fixed my starter within 6 hours with no notice. They went above and beyond by cleaning it too. Amazing work!
