I've called other stump removal guys in-town, but I either couldn't get a hold of them or they would tell me they'll accept the job only to not come out when they said they would. Not JJ. Guy was fantastic. Everything about this experience was seriously great. JJ called and was out the next day. Knocked it right out. Done and done. The owner of this company, JJ, arrived on time, provided me with a very competitive estimate and performed the agreed upon service in a high quality way. He was very professional in both his style and his approach. I was also impressed with JJ's integrity. When settling the bill I had forgotten the original estimate and he reminded me that I was preparing to pay him more than we originally agreed. I was delighted to recommend him to one of my neighbors and I will gladly recommend him to others.

When JJ came out to my house to do the estimate, he brought his equipment with him. Once we discussed the work that needed to be performed and what his charges were, he was able to proceed to get the job done right away. This made it quick and simple for me to get the work done.
