I very much enjoyed the easy access location and the app for the gate. I only spoke with office staff as I was preparing for closing out my rental and she was very nice to work with. I gave a 4 star instead of 5, because the rate increase was on the higher side and it went up every 6 months.
Amazing people great to work with
I was able to secure a storage size that fit my needs and the manager on site was super helpful, professional, and kind. I got the new storage because the one I currently have there isn’t big enough. I decided to keep my business with Stuff & Store, In the last three years that I’ve had my storage with them, I’ve had zero problems. The staff is always there and extremely helpful if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone that is interested in getting a new storage.
