I Dislike the Davenport Stuff but all the others i have had luck with I especially like the Coralville the best I want to get to the Dubuque store .

Took several totes in. The first on September 28th and they can't find any of my items even though I put the ID ticket in each bin. I am very disappointed because at first glance they appeared to be very organized. Once again, they want me to come from out of town to identify my things for the second time. There were a few antiques and one valuable item lost. So I will be consigning elsewhere. Can't afford to lose cash now that I am on Social Security retirement. Made a donation.Received a message several days later stating items weren’t accepted and needed to be picked back up Went to get them and they only hold for 2 days then give to Goodwill of all places... Would have been nice if message said 2 days to pick up... Many of the items were new with tags ..... I call bull ——

Stuff Etc in Cedar Rapids doesn't care about its consignors. There is no consistency on what they take. I have taken items for years and they have made thousands of dollars from me, but they could care less. I'm so tired of having to ask for a supervisor or manager to have my items reviewed again. I've had things stolen...there is no accountability on their part. Go somewhere else! I'm just going to donate; Stuff is not worth my time or frustration!
