RecommendedI love coming to Stuff Etc! I always walk in with a handful of stuff and the ladies in Customer service take care of me fast and effectively. I love the prices I get on my high end items! The Staff is very genuine and always helpful if I have questions or would like to try things on! I can definitely see the hard work put into this establishment and will be back!
I love finding weird old items. Friendly staff. At least 40% of my home is furnished with items from stuff (and my home is gorgeous).
For a few years since the store started it operations in Waterloo, it was one of my favorite places to find unique antiques and retro/vintage deco and home items. Staff and managers used to be invariably helpful, competent, and always polite. In the last year or so, however, the quality of customer service at Stuff Etc in Waterloo has declined dramatically. Purchased new winter boots 15 days ago. ($60) 1st day I wear them they break apart. Asked about partial refund as store credit even. First she said no because it's been 30 days. Then says Oh I mean 15 days. COLD! No longer my favorite place to shop for treasures. I am done.
I WOULD RECOMMEND STUFF ETC BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE THINGS AT A GOOD PRICE TO.
Made a donation.Received a message several days later stating items weren’t accepted and needed to be picked back up Went to get them and they only hold for 2 days then give to Goodwill of all places... Would have been nice if message said 2 days to pick up... Many of the items were new with tags ..... I call bull ——
They HAVE a place to kepp their “ stuff”
Everything usually sells good place to pick kids clothes adult clothes I like to get my puzzles and reading material usually find something when shopping at stuff
first time I came here it was awesome drove 2 hours to come here today and the staff was rude!! the girl at the register shouldn't be working in retail!! never again will I drive here and spend my money that's how uncomfortable the place was!!
