Previous comment re lack of labeling is spot on -- no signage. Finally got in and combo didn't work. Turns out someone else's stuff is in our bin! We've been on hold over 20 minutes no human to help.

Very pleased with this storage but it is a little confusing at first. Things to note: 1. Familiarize yourself with the alley on google maps (we already knew where it was). 2. Bring the picture of the loading dock door with you :) 3. RING the bell! - this may seem obvious, but we saw some other folks confused. 4. Call Stuf Storage and ask them to tell the loading dock security if you will be using over a weekend - we did and it worked out fine. 5.
