The building itself is very clean, well maintained, and the on-site building staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I always felt safe here as a single woman loading and unloading some very valuable items. The remote support staff for Stuf Storage is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Leche who assisted me on several occasions. Great customer service. Easy to use.
I was with Stuf for just over a year and the customer service was awesome! Any time I called with an issue with my digital key they’d help me get through the doors. I really liked how secure the building was and would store here again if the need arises. Absolutely recommend!
Beware! They cease responding when you overcharge! I explicitly informed them that I was only using the unit for four months, and now they are charging me for six months, even though I did everything to complete the checkout and clean out the unit. There’s no phone number to call; they only accept text messages! Their business motto is truly appalling.
