Real and bad experience. Real review. Very unprofessional employee. There is No office there. Nobody was there to open the door, it s in the basement of a building. It was 2pm i had to call this line 4 time. Even the main employee of the main entrance of the office building didn't know where Stuf storage was. Stuf Storage has been incredibly a convenient facility to store my things during a large transitional move. I find the managers Michael and Deborah to be very calm and professional with walking me through the digital key process to get in smoothly. They also will consistently and within minutes, call back customers if they have any issue with access on their own and will let them in during office hours. Simple, professional and reliable in the downtown area. Thank you Stuf Storage.
