I firmly believe in the power of utilizing an hour of my day focusing on me. The instructors do a great job of cueing the movements and encouraging everyone to just be who they are in that moment. I was very nervous to try practicing and now I am hooked on the sensation of being present and moving however my body allows. The staff and environment is very friendly and genuine. This business comes highly recommended by me to my friends.
The BEST studio i have seen in the USA! Great selection of classes, beautiful clean environment and super nice people!!!!
