Beautiful studio, great class and the nicest staff!
Studio South provides opportunity for great total body/mind workouts. The environment is welcoming and the classes offer enough variety that you never get bored. The instructors provide a great mix of challenging you to improve YOUR practice while not pressuring you to compete against anyone else.
