Studio South has mastered the art of working you out hard while leaving you feeling refreshed. You may sweat through all your clothes, but the glow after an amazing hot yoga session is second to none.
Studio South has such welcoming staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I am so glad they exist in my community and cannot recommend them enough!!
