Poor customer service and zero respect for patients' time. They frequently change appointments at the last minute without a proper phone call. My husband had to take a day off work to take me to an appointment today, only for the clinic to text us less than two hours before the start time to cancel. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.
I saw Dr Kaur for a general checkup and clean. I couldn’t rate her more highly on her competency, reassurance to a nervous patient and overall relaxing experience. I’ve already recommended her to others.
Amazing dental service, professional and always keeps patient up to date with process and lots of reassurance if needed, I feel very at ease there.
