As someone who is deeply, irrationally, full-body petrified of the dentist, I cannot overstate how incredible this team has been. From the moment I walked in (probably already mentally planning my escape), they made me feel calm, safe, and genuinely looked after every single step of the way. Booked an appointment randomly as they were preferred with my private health & could not be happier. Dr Kevin was super friendly, patient & kind even when I was a little anxious & made the visit super easy for me. The clinic is lovely & the rest of the staff like the receptionists etc are wonderful & were super helpful from calling to book through to finalising my visit. Will be continuing to visit as my regular dentist from now on.
Professional, friendly, caring. You would be lucky to find another dentist as good as Dr Mai.
