worst customer service EVER!!!!! they rarely answer the phone. would not take a message for the manager. would not listen, much less answer any questions about my account, then he hung up on me while i was asking a simple question! would not pick up the phone when i tried to call back and they don't seem to have voice mail. i can't find any email address on their website to reach anyone in charge. my stuff is going up for auction tomorrow morning and i can't get a couple of simple question answered in order to prevent this f... read more
