First time cut with Noelle and it’s the best cut I’ve had in years! Getting short fine hair to lay just right is difficult, but with a professional cut from Noelle, it turns out great. I do not typically write reviews, but am definitely visiting Salon Prominence and Noelle again!
Connie was very good at explaining what can and can't be done with a coloring job gone a little wrong at another salon.
