I did not like it. It was way over priced and my hair has not recovered. I went in for an ombrye it was way too high and my hair was fried. The staff was nice and she refunded me half the money.

I went in today to get my bad hair dye redone, and a haircut. The owner really makes sure you get what you want, and has a wonderful way of communicating. I have never felt so happy and comfortable with myself. I also can't even count the amount of compliments I've had on my hair. Comments like- "that looks so professional!" & "that looks perfect with your skin tone!" I would recommend Studio Platinum to anybody. The atmosphere is great, and so are the employees. I decided to try this place after having had one bad hair cut and color after another this past year. I was expecting the worst. But I walked out feeling great, with exactly what I had asked for. That hasn't happened in a long time. I am now officially a regular at this place. Price wise, it isn't Supercuts, but compared to other specialty salons that I've gone to, it was very fairly priced indeed. I don't have any complaints!!!!
