we have lived here for almost 2 years now and I must say its a great place to live, The apartments are nice and spacious, we live in a one bedroom apt its great for a 3 of us, ( my kid, wide and myself). The Maintenance is super awesome, most of the calls gets attended on same day itself and handled very professionally. The hallways are kept clean, and atleast I have seen them getting painted twice in my 2 year span. the hallway carpets are recently changed and gym has been redone as well. The apartments are beautiful and the location is great! You have access to everything a big city can offer. The majority of the residents here are Wayne state students and young professionals, all of which have been friendly and helpful! The maintenance crew have also been great and are very prompt in fixing any problems. What I appreciate most is that when you need a maintanence repair, they come within 24 hours and if you're not home, they leave note that they were there and what they fixed or need to order in. Pros: Great location. Loads of style. Floor to ceiling Windows! After several changes, the latest management group shows that they really care about their residents. Maintenance is on top of their game. Cons: Not much to complain about. Great place to live.
