I had never been to a class before. Everyone was so nice and welcoming (teachers and students)! The movements were so freeing and relaxing. It allowed me to release any tension and stress I had and feel the music and be in touch with myself and my surroundings. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT :)

Fantastic studio! Lovely instructors and the atmosphere is both beautiful and in excellent condition. Plus the whole place is always spotless.
A great studio - staff are wonderful and the Nia class is so much fun, you don't notice how hard you're working I will definitely be back!!
