RecommendedMegan’s BUTI class was crazy-fun, I had a great workout and I felt like all the classmates were my friends when it was over (even though I had never gone before!). BUTI integrates tribal elements and a spiraling structure into yoga that provide a sense of release like no other. And Megan communicated all of this to us intuitively and seamlessly. I can’t wait to take her class again!
