Its been a while since I've been to this place but it is a small venue that is dear to my heart in the way of dance and Authentic relating for Houston.
Beautifully finished studio space, dropped in on classes with Louise wild and crazy vibes � Focus on performance which I really need to work on so that was great for me. Don't make my mistake and eat too many tacos before class. I'm sure my improv would've been better�
Love this studio. Every time I'm uplifted and energized.
It's easy to follow and no crazy jumps like in Zumba. It's a routine that helps every part of the body. Beautiful body movements, amazing music and the best teachers!
