I recently started attending belly dance sessions on Wednesday evenings with Sahira, and enjoy it very much. She's very instructive and helpful explaining how to do each step. Taking time to work with everyone. All while keeping a very relaxed yet up beat environment for us to vibe in. Thankful for this opportunity and experience.
Love this place, the instructor and drummers. Can't wait to go back. This is a real learning experience and fun with a lot of moves. LOVED IT!!!!!!

A hidden gem in the Heights! I took a beautiful flowing class to music with Angela. As a fellow yoga teacher she has inspired me to think about my teaching style. Felt pretty darned chilled after class
Love this studio! There are a variety of classes (yoga, belly dance, hoop, MELT) at a good price. Classes are scheduled at convenient times and the classrooms are very clean and spacious. I love coming here because the staff is so friendly. The service is amazing! The studio has a strong community following, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming.
NiaMoves community supported me through thick and thin. Really, people are so welcoming it didn't matter what shape I was in, I could come to class with backache so badly that I had to rest on floor frequently. They are still welcoming when I bounce around these days. People walk, bike and drive, even long distance to get there. It's a place, where I learned to befriend my body, and keep nurturing dialogue between body, mind and soul.
