Dylan is nothing short of amazing. After almost 10 months without anyone touching my hair (aside from the yanking of my daughter) my head was looking a hot mess. He did wonders. Kept my length. Got rid of the split ends. Made me feel human again. EVERYONE at studio mz is insanely talented. I travel in from strongsville specifically to go to them. I will follow Sue, Dylan, and the rest of the crew to the ends of the earth =)

What a great experience. Everyone one is friendly and professional. Terry Donovan has been my exclusive stylist now since 1986. He is creative,professional and willing to take chances but not at the expense of the health of your hair. We have traveled through the color wheel over the years and with each change there is a process. My hair remains healthy, strong and full of color...whatever that may be at the time... I trust his vision and have never regretted it. Terry Donovan is a master of cut and color.

I went for hightlights. I brought pictures and explained what I wanted. Tery agreed he will do it what I wanted. But the color was horrible. Totally different from what I asked. He was rude when I expressed my disappointment. He said I should go back to my previous hairstylist. And that was the best he could do. That he wasn't a magician. He did not offer to fix it. He did not care! He treated me absolutely horrible.

Yesterday my daughter donated her hair and everyone at Studio MZ treated her so well. I can't thank you enough. Missy cut and styled her beautifully, Jeri was so sweet as she washed her hair and everyone stopped to thank her and ooh and aah over her new look. What a great experience for her-she left elated!

The best group of people you'll ever meet. Very talented. Superb work!
