My first visit there the lady that was doing my massage was in the chair getting her hair dyed. She said she assumed I would be late because most people are late. I didn't get my whole hour because we got started late and I had parent teacher conferences to got to. She said they would extend my next session by 15 minutes, that did not happen. This past Saturday I had an appt at 9:00 and they don't call until 8:30 to say the person is no longer there and the attitude was very nasty, as if I had done something wrong. Very inco... read more
