I reached out to the salon via messenger and I received a response very quickly. I requested a specific stylist and she reached out to me in a very timely manner. I was greeted with a smile as I entered. I arrived a few minutes early and didn't wait long at all for my appointment. My stylist (Misty) was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.
