It is worth the 40 minute drive to spend part of my morning with Renee! I leave feeling refreshed, focused and strong!
I've taken a class with Lynn (I think!) at the open house and two Basic Yoga classes with Julie. I've been made a yoga convert. What a new way to use my body. I get to be active but I also really get a chance to listen to how my body responds to each new position, transition, and hold. Thank you for the wonderful classes ladies, and Gaia!
Love. Studio Gaia. They offer a variety of classes lead by trained instructors. There's a community of teachers & students that make everyone feel welcome.
Worth my drive for the talent, friendship , peace & great yoga!
I have only been twice but love it. Dana and Stacey are great instructors. Great place for beginners and those who are experienced at Yoga. I feel very welcome and comfortable going there.
