I love this studio! You will be so glad you tried it out. My favorite classes are restorative yoga with Louise and Gentle Yoga with Judith. But I haven't been to a class I didnt enjoy!
Jeremy is the BOMB! I've had a lot of WONDERFUL fitness and yoga instructions over years. And not to diminish any of them in any form, but Jeremy "moves" us in ways like none other.
Yoga teachers here are amazing! Space is extremely peaceful and refreshing! Love love love!!
This place gets better and better, the teachers are so nice and loving. No judgment.
Love it! All of the instructors are great. They are totally engaged with the participants and ensure everyone has a meaningful class, regardless of skill level. I have done yoga and Pilates in the past, but this class has a very cool vibe.
Took my 200HR Teacher Training at Studio Gaia and it was truly life changing...Namaste and love forever...
This is a lovely studio. Everyone was so generous with their assistance and all of the students are warm and welcoming. I will definitely return every time that I can!!!!
