Just walking in you can feel the peacefulness of the space. The instructors I have met are very kind and helpful with their guidance through various methods and programs of healing.

I’ve been coming to Studio Gaia since they first opened their doors. It has always been a welcoming and caring place. I have seen the studio increase in size ( the building ) but also in many classes available. If you’re looking for a caring home come once. Then you’re family!
