Very disappointing experience from the moment we walked in. There was absolutely no warm welcome or sense of customer service. We stood there without being properly acknowledged, asked our names, or even asked what we needed. We completely understood that the front desk was assisting another patient and were more than willing to wait, but a simple “Hi, welcome in, I’ll be with you as soon as I can” would have made a huge difference. Recommended the homeoblock + Invisalign for my TMJ for a total of A LOT. I went ahead and bought the homeoblock for a few thousand bc I trust the experts but then I spoke to my dental friends turns out it’s essentially a scam. There is no scientific evidence beyond case reports from people who financially benefit. I could not get my money back because the device was already ordered. I was inspired to get a second opinion and found out I have a compressed airway that is causing my TMJ and the only fix is jaw surgery. I am sur... read more
