i am a costumer for years, the service is becoming worst and worst. the car windows are so badly cleaned like they clean them with oily rags.

STOLEN RED VW BEETLE!!!!! Please share. On Sunday, May 12, around noon my son’s 2017 mint condition red VW BEETLE with very low mileage was stolen while in the possession of the car wash and as it was in the drying area. How can this even happen???!!! He was a regular at this car wash and entrusted them with his car. If ANYONE has any information that may help this investigation and assist in the recovery of my son’s prized possession, PLEASE contact LAPD immediately.
Long time customer (two decades). The customer service when you drop your car has dipped a bit; but everyone else is nice �
Been going here for years and keeps getting worst and worst! Sad! I mentioned it to the cashier and the manager or owner yelled " if your unhappy go somewhere else" Great costumer service as you can see !! It starts with the top! Just wanted to say something to the cashier nicely and was yelled at My advice go somewhere with class and much better Customer service
Very disappointing , employees stood there while I cleaned and vaccum my car, I said something to cashier . Didn’t care. Most likely said dumb gringo when 2 people were speaking in Spanish
