Dr. Pitts is the best reptile vet. When I brought in my 2 California box turtles and 2 Russian tortoises on Sunday for their beak and nail clippings, he had their folders ready, reviewed their health records with me and had the animals ready in record time. He offered good tips for maintaining my pets' health, too. I've been taking my reptiles there since the 1990s.
We've taken our puppy here for everything in the past 7 months and we are extremely grateful for all their assistance. I do have an issue with certain business aspects, such as sneaking in $81 charges in final bill after being walked through each charge of the previous billing statement. Not the best way to handle things in my opinion. I strongly advise looking out for this.
Regular Hospital for my 2 cats since they were kittens. Nice place, Close to my house and an Emergency Hospital in case they close for the night. Nice staff (No surgery).
Just moved to the neighborhood and went in today for the first time with my parrot. Saw Dr. Pitts. He did a great job shaving down my bird's defective split beak. He also spent time with me talking about my bird's diet. I'm definitely changing it. He's a bird owner with lots of experience and a great interest in birds. People there were so nice, I'm going back in next week with my cat.
Finley, Basil wanted to Thank you Dr Lopez and all the great staff for always being there at the time of need. Also thank you for taking care of our Hershey till the very end. <3
30 years ago, took my son's box turtle to dr. pitts. yesterday my boy spike (orphaned norwegian rat) needed his teeth cut, and my regular guy doesn't do rodents. staff and vets were very nice, not put off by having a rat as a pet, and we will be going there for all of spike's medical/dental needs.
Dr. Lopez is the best! Our dogs love him and he is super patient and understanding.
Both our dogs have been cared for by the team at Studio City Animal Hospital - we trust all their doc's, and know that our dogs are comfortable and taken care of! We have 1 that's on a specialty diet plan to lose weight under the care of Dr Lopez, and our senior dog is fawned over by the tech team taking care of her broken leg. The entire team is friendly, accommodating and makes sure we're apprised of every detail!
