The person at the service desk, receptionist, was beyond disrespectful to myself, mother-in-Law, whom by the way has health issues and was made to wait for a very long time, sister-in-Law, and my Neice. Only to be told, said person, didn’t hear anything about appointments. Maybe, BUT PROBABLY NOT, if you replace her with someone that understands customer service, we would come back. She even went to the extreme of Threatening with a phone call, to my Neice of calling the police, causing my Neice much distress and anxiety!! N... read more
We had a girls day planned called and made appointments we get there and they only had 3 appointments for facials and no appointments for our manicures and pedicures. Had to cancel and go somewhere else. Very disappointed with customer service. Not even an apology! 😡

Completely destroyed my hair, results were drastically different than requested even though I explained and showed photos repeatedly of what I wanted. Refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.
